Children’s Ministry

This is a great opportunity for children to learn biblical truths. 

These classes are available for children and students of members and non members.

• • When: Sunday Morning
  • Time: 9:15–9:30am
  • Younger Class: Ages 6-11 (nursery/cry room)
  • Older Class: Ages 12-18 (location varies; see teacher in lobby)

Connect Groups

Connect Groups are a time of intentional fellowship with a smaller group of Covenant Baptist Church members that meet one night a month. The goal of Connect Groups are to facilitate meaningful relationship growth and support among the group members. In order to accomplish this, a safe environment is necessary therefore these groups are for Covenant Baptist Church members only.

Bi-annual Picnic

Twice a year (Spring and Fall) we gather as a church community at a local outdoor venue following Sunday church service for food, games and fellowship. You do not have to be a member to join us. 

Mid-Week Study

Theology Night is an interactive time for us to learn theology, doctrine, and church history together.

Details:

• Time: 7:00–8:30pm
• Location: Church Office (15 Glenn Willow Drive – Unit 53, Arden, NC 28704)
• The material for both Wednesdays will be the same
• All members are welcome to participate, as well as any visitors 12 years and older. 

Sunday Morning Fellowship

Before Sunday Service from 9:30 am to 10:00 am is a time of Coffee and Conversation. In addition to this, our people tend to hang around after service to talk with each other. Plans to get together often flow out of this time.

• Time: 9:00–11:00am
• Location: The Buzz (225 South Grove Street, Hendersonville)
• All female members are welcomed to participate, as well as any female visitors ages 12 and up

Sunday Discipleship

• 2nd Sunday of the month
• Time: 12:30–3:00pm
• Location: Various Members’ Homes 
• Lunch will be provided by each host.  Please plan to drop your child off at the appropriate location after CBC’s Sunday service, and pick them up at 3pm.
  

Sunday Morning Prayer Meeting

In Christ, we have access to God, and he has told us to pray to him all the time–about all kinds of things. We take great comfort in knowing that God is always faithful to hear and answer the prayers of his people. We meet every Sunday at 9:00 am to pray about various things in the life of our church and in the lives of our people.
